TBS

Tau Beta Sigma is a co-ed service sorority within the Longhorn Band. We provide internal service to the band and external service to the Austin community. Our chapter raises funds for our philanthropy, Anthropos Arts which provides free music education to low-income youth. Our organization promotes equality and diversity by empowering women and minorities in music.

We are a sorority open to all gender expressions that strives to ensure the Longhorn Band operates at its utmost efficiency. Beyond that, we also enjoy reaching out to the greater Austin community in order to provide service and encourage minorities within music. Overall, we wish to cultivate a loving sisterhood that supports our members in all facets of their lives! KKY

Kappa Kappa Psi is a National Honorary Band Fraternity that strives to promote bands at the college level through internal and dedicated service. Our ultimate goal is to provide the band with organized service so that members can perform and rehearse to the best of their abilities.

Alpha Tau directly serves the Longhorn Band, its members, it's directors. Our co-ed fraternity is open to and accepting of all those interested in giving back to the Longhorn Band! Whether it is setting up weekly rehearsals or providing game day snacks, we are always assisting in the inner workings of the band. LHBlacks

LHBlacks is intended to; foster a community among Black students affiliated with the Butler School of Music, highlight and uplift members of our community, and reach out to expand membership and recruitment within the Longhorn Band Showband of the Southwest. 

LHBlacks is an organization established to provide a community for all black-identifying students within the Butler School of Music. We are dedicated to uplifting our members and building relationships within the band and local community through socials and fundraising partnerships with other LHB or local organizations. As an organization, we are incredibly passionate about outreach and showing incoming or aspiring black students that they have a place at our organization and within the school of music. PMA

The Object of this fraternity shall be for the development of the best and truest fraternal spirit, the mutual welfare and brotherhood of musical students, the advancement of music in America, and a loyalty to the Alma Mater.

Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia is dedicated to fostering brotherhood among musicians and seek to bring music to those who need it most. We host philanthropy events and believe that anyone can be taught to sing. If you’re interested, show up to any of our rush events in the Fall!

 Sigma Alpha Iota is an organization dedicated to creating spaces for women and non-men in music. We inspire and encourage diverse voices through learning and spreading the love of music. 

Our chapter, Beta Xi, is a music fraternity in the Butler School of Music. Members of our chapter work to serve the school of music as well as the community through outreach and service projects, such as hosting a Girl Scout workshop for girls to get their music badge.
